One of the most important conversations we can all have.
Every year over 800 000 people die at their own hands.
20 years ago Kevin Hines attempted to be one of those people. He jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
He was the 27th person to do that exact thing that year. He was the only one that came out alive.
This conversation will be hard for some. Suicide prevention is needed. The conversation is a must.
Kevin talks not just his experience but how we can help prevent it from happening to others.
From his famous 3 questions to ask.
His routine for brain health and how important gut health is to help brain health.

An incredible conversation with Jo Weatherford. We talk addition, trauma, recovery, intention and living your best life ever. A former swimsuit model in magazines like FHM and Maxim. Jo lived the life of the jet setter. Living in Hollywood, jumping across the country to different magazine shoots. LIving the model life. That all changed when she took control of her life back from addiction.
Jo has a deep-rooted passion for identifying alternative approaches to healing from trauma and addiction. While her own struggle with substance abuse was certainly the catalyst to identifying non-traditional approaches to treatment, it was her personal experience of healing which truly cultivated the desire to assist others on their journey to wellness.
Jo Weatherford is a Tedx speaker and published author with 10 + years experience in the Mental Health Field. She spent the last decade teaching university courses on addiction & trauma counselling and has a Masters Degree in Human Development and Family Studies.

Brad Lamm, CIP, is an author, teacher and interventionist best known for helping people make life-enhancing change on The Dr. Phil Show, The Doctors, TODAY, and The Dr. Oz Show. Brad’s mission is to help families have “more good – less bad” in their lives.

He has managed more than one-thousand interventions, visited hundreds of treatment facilities across the country, presented before Parliament in the UK, served on the board of the Association of Intervention Specialists, and collaborated with the most knowledgeable and effective specialists in the field of recovery treatment and worked at the state level to introduce treatment options to communities.
In 2012, Brad realized a dream come true as he opened the first Breathe Life Healing Center (www.BreatheLifeHealingCenters.com) to provide powerful residential, insurance-friendly trauma treatment in urban environments. Breathe’s treatment standards are industry-leading and aimed to support mind, body, and spirit.
